I’ve been taking Inositol for four months now, and I’ve noted improvements in my mood and a decrease in anxiety. Initially, my period returned after 25 days, then it regularised to 28 days, but it's back to 25 days now. While I experienced fewer acne breakouts initially, I’m unsure if Inositol affects my acne, but overall I’m pleased with my experience.

Minimal effect

This product didn't have much impact, though I plan to continue using it. It has produced no harmful effects but didn't help in recovering my menstruation. Having been diagnosed with PCOS, it's worsened over the years, and I haven't menstruated for a year. I ponder if I should increase the daily dosage and will continue using it, hopeful for changes. I will provide an update.
